Booking and Cancellations

Clients must schedule services in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.

Access and Safety

The client is responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
Pets should be secured during cleaning.
We are not responsible for damage caused by unsecured items or unsafe conditions in the home or business.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in additional charges or paused service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

Liability Limitations

We take care to avoid damage or loss, but we are not liable for items not properly secured or previously damaged.
We do not handle or clean hazardous materials.
Any claim for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service.
